At Bright Eyes we invest heavily in our staff as we recognise that
quality staff are our biggest asset. Although they come from diverse
backgrounds they have all demonstrated the qualities needed to earn a
place at Bright Eyes. All new staff are security checked with the Police
and referees contacted. Staff attend regular training and refresher
courses to ensure that they remain leaders in their field and are able
to provide the best possible care for your children. By being accepted
for employment at Bright Eyes you can be assured that staff have a
genuine love of children, are appropriately trained or qualified and
have the experience and ability to ensure that your child receives the
