Settling In
All prospective parents to Bright Eyes will be encouraged to come and visit with their child prior to enrolling.  Sometimes the child and parent will make several visits before the child is left in the care of the centre.  Children will be assessed individually and care taken that their well-being is cared for before the parent leaves.  All parents are welcome to stay for part of each session for as long as it takes to settle their child.

Children and parents are shown around the centre and told about the different areas of play, routines and policies.  An Information booklet is given to share information on the centre.

At the beginning of each session a staff member will welcome children and parents to the centre.  Parents will have the opportunity to speak with staff as required.  At the end of each session staff will again be available to discuss the child's play.
